Cash Incentives Grant to 66 Leaners of FEES

The smile on the faces and the joy on the parents’ hearts of the 66 honor pupils who graduated last school year, 2020-2021 of Fourth Estate Elementary School (FEES) glowed with excitement as they received the cash incentives and medals given by the local government of Paranaque City, November 3, 2021.

There were four pupils who have met the standards, criteria, and guidelines set by the policy of the department of education and have attained a general average of 95% – 97% and categorized as With High Honors and 62 pupils who have reached a general average of 90% – 94% as With Honors.

The four pupils who have attained With High Honors were Daniel John B. Martinez, Sharinah Rose B. Torrecampo, Ken Charles S. Jarandilla, and Kathleen Ann E. Malasmas who received Php 7,000 each.

The 62 pupils who were With Honors received Php 5, 000 each and they were Allen James A. Ng, Rachell Anne E. Polinar, Precious G. Rebadavia, Anna Louise S. Billo, Aeshanna Lex B. Equi, Anne Margaret N. Lejos, Marialyn R. Mago, Kennichi S. Garchitorena, Lance Daryl R. Ecaldre, Jayda Giana I. Rasco, Jomar P. Merabeles, Ashley P. Kalaw, Jonnel Christian P. Bacas, Jonash S. Lombrio, Arabella Louise M. Visaya, Nichole T. Escariaga, Ashlee Joerhies P. Narcilla, John Nicolas M. Santos, Angel Maezzy E. Pasco, Rhia Mae M. Ajoc, Mia Joyce C. Moreno, Schniezel P. Pelariza, Irish Jamille G. Tado, Alyssa Jenica D. Caraig, Eushieka Mhae S. Senson, Tyron James B. Bualat, Jelo V. Lumen, Andrei Drex H. Lazaro and Vince Christian C. Morales.

The giving of cash incentives is done yearly by the Local School Board (LSB) headed by Hon. Mayor Edwin L. Olivarez to all deserving graduating students at all public schools in Paranaque City.

A day before the distribution, the respective advisers informed the parents of graduating honor pupils to claim the cash incentives and medals of their children. The parents were required to bring a letter of their children, authorizing them to get the cash and the photocopy of their identification cards with three specimen signatures.

The parents as well as the recipients were so thankful for the incentives given since these will be a big help to sustain the needs of the learners in these new platforms of learnings (online and modular). Some of them said that they will use the money in buying their new gadgets to be used in the google meetings and for the loads.

Mrs. Glady A. Mutya, the school OIC principal and Master Teacher II, led the distribution of the cash with the help of Mrs. Carmina Salcedo, a grade 6 teacher and Ms. Cyrin M. Capuz, a FEES clerk.

The distribution was done with the strict implementation of safety protocols at the school ground, where wearing of facemask, face shield and social distancing were observed.
